There are a number of well established van racking manufacturers who provide excellent modular racking to accommodate your needs in terms of drawers, shelving and accessories for your mobile workshop.
A key consideration has to be maximum strength with minimum weight as your vans payload is effectively reduced by the amount of lining and racking as well as roof bars add to it.
